Frequently Asked Questions
1. What’s the process for getting my digital art, illustration or oil painting?
Simply email helloartez@gmail.com with your photo and whether you'd like to have a digital art or illustration done. We will respond within 48 hours to confirm your order, and finalise details. For custom oil paintings, please send us an email with what you'd like created, and a reference photo if you have one.
2. How long does it take?
We will let you know the completion date upon confirming your order. The process generally takes 1 week for digital art or illustration, and 1 month for custom oil paintings.
3. How do I receive my art?
Once completed, we will email you a copy of the art. You may print the image at any local shop. And for custom oil paintings, we can ship this direct to you at a fee.
4. What if I don’t like my art?
We hope that you love your art or painting, and will do our best to tailor these to your requirements.
